I am just dropping a line to say how impressed I am with the Stepsure Electric Caravan Step. Having purchased the step it duly arrived within a few days. Installation was very simple and, after just 45 minutes the step was wired up to the leisure battery and operational. It just needs wiring into the car ignition when weather permits. CLAMPS

Thanks for taking my call today and for being so helpful. Having mangled the clamps I thought after my stupidity I could get away with a plastic tie but that simply doesn't work given the very tight clearance between the CV joint and the hub, so I am particularly grateful for agreeing to post me a replacement. It's always a pleasure to deal with companies who offer true customer service & you have proven to me that Bailcast is one such company , so you'll be first on my search list for other items I need.
